These Terms and Conditions constitute a service agreement between Ironwood Dumpster Rental("Company", "we", "us") and the customer ("Customer", "you") requesting dumpster rental services. By booking a service, signing a work order, or accepting service delivery, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Service
Services are performed as described in the quote or work order provided to the Customer. Any additional work outside that scope will be discussed and agreed upon (including any additional cost) before being performed.
2. Site Access & Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the service location and to disclose any known site conditions, hazards, or access restrictions relevant to completing the work safely.
3. Pricing & Payment
Quoted prices are based on the scope of work described at booking. Any additional charges (for changes in scope, materials, or site conditions discovered during the job) will be communicated to the Customer before being applied. Payment terms will be confirmed at booking or on the invoice.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Customer should notify Ironwood Dumpster Rental as early as possible if a scheduled appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled.
5. Liability
Ironwood Dumpster Rental will perform services with reasonable care and skill. Ironwood Dumpster Rental's liability for any claim arising from the services provided is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for that service, except where prohibited by law.
6. Changes to These Terms
Ironwood Dumpster Rental may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your service is the version that applies.
